Franklin has never bothered, it appears, to put in the kind of IT infrastructure that a 'real' software supplier has: instant tech support, easy fixes, and scripts that recognize a user and make life easier. But you would have to dig around to find the survey. I have not found another planner software that has some of the nice features in PlanPlus, like automatically moving tasks to next day, the whole set of delegation, completion and dynamic prioritization features, etc.

But the company needs to put its money where its consulting mouth is and provide organization for the customer from their end for products that they have sold.
